This Company's sales Rep did not give all cost details. Particularly, $39.50 initiation fee and $. 02 per minute connection fee. I have requested the company to cancel my account. I think, this company is not training their Sale Reps adequatly. I tried to reach their management thru telephone and was unsuccessful after learning all details. My suggestion to this company's management is, please do right things to develop customer trust.
