Howard hustles you into demanding a fee before he works on your project. Calls incessantly that they are ready to get started but will not do anything unless a fee. He says he has people ready to work on your project and funding could happen very quickly. Their address in Beverly Hills is a mail drop only. He wants to have you sign an agreement but they do not perform and then they want to bill you for additional fees.
Then they want to harass you for those extra fees with a collection agency. Tell him to sue you so that you can cross sue and have the Attorney General from the state and county be notified as well.
It smelled bad from the beginning. No more upfront fees for anything. We do marketing and it is cost of doing business. Never release funds to any potential broker or lender until they release funds. Have them put it into an escrow account so that every one knows that they will be paid from escrow.
They already have a bad reputation with the Better Business Bureau.
Do not do business with them or him in any manner total ripoff and waste of time and money.
