I tried to use my gm card and when i did it would not go through. They red flagged it because i had a credit on it. Not a debt but a credit of $80.00 from another company. When i called to find out about the red flag i was told they would have to verify my identity. They then asked me someone else's security questions. When i could not answer the questions because they where about someone else they froze my account. I tried to explain to them but got nowhere i kept going up the ladder till i was supposedly talking to the day manager. She told me they would send me the proper paper work so they could refund my money. Well when the proper paperwork came in all it was was a statement saying they where terminating my account. I called again with no results.in my opinion it is the same as theft. I just want people to know what kind of business practice's the gm card has. Hopefully this will keep somebody else from the same headache as me.
