Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore C Collection of debt that was paid through credit management firm

I am being sued by Erin Capital Management for a debt I paid off through a credit management firm. So far it has cost me $50.00 to file a response and almost 6 hours of lost time from work. Being self employed that means Im losing $60.00 hr. So now I'm basically out over $400.00 for a debt I already paid off. And on top of that the credit card in question was cancelled by me 7 years ago, in as suggested by the credit management firm at the time I signed on with them.
