Received a letter in the mail from Erin Capital Management. Stated they had purchased a particular debt. Demanded payment or litigation may ensue. I wrote back, certified mail, demanding proof since I did not recognize debt. Heard back a month and a half later with no validation, and they were demanding immediate payment.
I have since handed this over to my attorney, but I noticed that others are being harrassed by erin capital and thought I would help add to their bad name here. Maybe we can drive these lowlifes out of business!
