OSI / Gulf State Credit, Capital Management ripoff, said I had A Debt from 1990 from Traditional Industries (all Lies)

I recieved a letter from Capital Management Services INC. For an unpaid debt of some sort they said they bought from OSI/Gulf State Credit management-Original creditor. I asked them what this bill was for and they said they were not sure it was for a loan of some sort back in 1990, I asked them where they bought the debt from and they responded it came from TRADITIONAL INDUSTRIES, I then asked them for a phone number for this company and they said they didnt have one.
