This product was featured on a respectable TV program. This business practice is probably unknown to the host. A free trial advertised to just pay shipping ($4.95). The free trial product was delivered with only a packing slip reflecting a 0 balance due.
My credit card statement reflected a $139.97 charge. I contacted the credit card company that an unauthorized charge had appeared on my account. They confirmed that the payment was to XM Brands. There is not a phone number on the packing slip. The bank gave me a number. They had many customer calls regarding this company.
I contacted the company to dispute the charge and was informed of Terms and Conditions that are not posted on the packing slips but are featured on their website only. I did not order this through their direct website.
I was guided to a cancellation website that kept giving me invalid errors on my own address before submission. I printed it for my records;not quite certain of my transaction.
I recontacted my credit card company.
