Had a house empty to sell, painted walls ordered carpet from Empire Today. Sales representative came. We picked out grey color carpet, they installed 'Blue'. Called sales representative he would not return our call. Made another appt. Called another sales representative to house. He admitted the color was wrong. He called Empire. They said they would not compensate for error. Negative feedback from house showings about "carpet color". Had to repaint inside of whole house, to try and conform to "awfull blue color". Reported to BBB. Empire falsely stated that they put in the right color, and would not make any compensations. Not even for the repainting of our house and our time.
I learned one thing. Go to a reputable dealer where customer satisfaction means something. My husband is a realtor. He will never recommend Empire to anyone.
