When we had first retained kapetan, we were told that a fixed fee in the amount of 10,000 would take us through to trial, and than another fee of 20,000 dollars would have to be made if he was to take the case through
trial. He wanted my son to take a deal on the case for 15 years and he would refund us back 5,000 which my son is has told him that he is not taking any deal due to his innocenceand kapetan had told him that he is stupid and also had gotten very mad towards my son. A few weeks later he had served my son a motion to be relieved as counsel which that court date was less than a week away from being served, which gave us no time to respond to his motion when we had showed up to court we had some people due a declaration the night before so i was reading it out side the court and when i had walked into the court room the court officer had told us to get out as soon as we opened the door 2 min later kapetan comes out laughing saying that he is no longer my sons attorney so my friend had ask him about refunding some of the money tha he was paid to take the case to trail cause he had just took all of our money were we are limted with money and he laugh and said no also the courts would not take the declaration cause he was all ready relieved as counsel and we had to file it 2 days before the court date, which he had never told me our my husband about this court date and had not heard of this untill my son that is locked up has call us on fri and mon. Was court please send me any infomation of things i could do to maybe get some kind of refund i do not no what to do or where to start and my sons life depends on me helping him thank you very much and god bless please help
