On February 2 we sent Matt Garcia $5600.00 in a wire transfer. He said he had a real estate deal he needed to do and would pay us back in 60 days our $5600.00 plus interest of $2800.00 for a total of $8400.00. We have a note for this personal loan.
This note matured on April 2. We have repeatly contacted him via email and telephone calls asking where our money is and all we get is no response from the emails and only his voice mail on the phone. We even asked him to call us if there was a problem so we could discuss this matter with him.
He was very good at calling and emailing us when he wanted the money but now that it has come due, he is no where to be found. I even tried to sign up on his website and it is not working.
We thought he was a stand up guy, but he seems to be proving us wrong.
