Wrong food... Cold food - bad manager/incorrect food

I went thru the drive thru of the crowell rd store in covington georgia this morning, and i got not only the wrong food but an item was missing out of my bag that i ordered.By the time i had gotten where i was going i had a cold hashbrown. It was about 930 am and they were not busy and had only 2 cars plus mine in drive thru. I am not a rude customer by any means i know it doesnt make anything better but someone needs to know so they can fix it.
