The McDonalds in Mt Horeb sounds like many all over the United States. I was shocked to read all the complaints on your web. I hope corporate McDonalds is reading these also! Our McDonalds continues to get our orders wrong (one out of every 4 orders we get there are incorrect), the food is often cold, and the worst visit involved the employees saying jokes out loud at the check out about b-jobs on women - which my 12 year old son over heard. When confronted - the manager pointed to another employee when asked who the manager was and then they laughed about it after I walked away.
I refuse to visit this McDonalds anymore and it is the only fast food restaurant in our town. Luckily, Culver's will be coming very soon - a very good, Midwest fast food restaurant. Corporate McDonalds better get their act together - they used to be America's fast food restaurant, but based on my experience and that of many of your viewers, it is fast losing its popularity.
