After numerous phone discussions with a gentleman named Greg at Nationwide Home Relief I was assured that our montage payment could be reduced if I gathered all of the information they needed and bring it to their West Palm Beach address. Upon my arrival a young lady took my folder of personal information and gave it to one of the employees and I was told I would be called in after they reviewed it. I was brought in the office of Jared D. Hollander and he said that for $2,250 he may be able to negotiate with our Montage Company to reduce out monthly payment by $300 dollars if they were successful. After our discussion I felt as though this was an unfair cost to a person who is struggling financially with only there word that they would be able to negotiate with the mortgage company. This seemed to me that it was not the approved Economic stimulus act approved by President Obama. I am requesting that you review this operation.
I was assured by Jared D. Hollander after my complaints that I felt deceived that I would be sued for Liable and if I complained. Please help me and other citizens that feel that this operation is less than above board. Help! Help! Help!
Note: They had my complete file of all my financial and personal information at their disposal for more than one half hour before I was brought to meet with Jared D Hollander.
