Steve Gray called and said Hi I can help you with your mortgage, I know you have had several call from Lawyer and companys or others saying for a fee we can get you a modification, or just let us check your credit and get other personal information from you to see if you qualify for help for a fee. Well I'm not gona do that We don't ask you for money. This is Free, we don't ask you for your personal information, WE don't want your SS# either. President Obama has negotiated a deal with Mortgage companies to work with Mortgage holders seeking relief in these hard times, due to inflation, illness, loss of employment, These are hard times for everyone. We just want to help, no we dont want your money.

I questioned him how to you get paid, he said this is a non profit organization We are seeking to help home owners obtain relief from high payments, late payments, facing forclosure, We have been given the go ahead from our Goverment to help home owners, and it Free, won't cost you anything, but your time and trust, hows that. Resident did somethin right. E really work for him I guess you could say. I do need your trust and I can proceed, can you trust that free an no personal info about you. Who has your mortgage may I ask. That's One of the worst, we review your information and if you allow us we will give you your best option to proceed, remember no money and once we contact your mortgage company you cannot have contact with them, don't give them information like financials. We need your mortgage account number. When contacted by his budget person to go over my budget, I recieved a call from him say I qualifid for mortgage help, that they don't just help anybody, but we help those who can make that reduced payment, looks like you qualify.

He went on to explain the amount my principle would be reduced to 117000.00 the payment of 495.24. He then told me they don't work for free, and the cost 500.00 to proceed over the next 6to 8 months, total 1700. Oofor their service. There's more but this is the most important.
