Charged my bank account with no authorization from me, unsure where they received my personal information. When i called the 800# was told to check my email, there was no email from them, I want my money back and my privacy Chesapeake virginia

This company has billed my checking account 12.00 for unknown services, without my permission and where did they obtain my private information anyway. I want my money returned as well as my privacy, who knows what they have done with my information or who they have sold it to for the highest dollar.
