When you call them they first ask for credit card info and they explain how the deal works, they send you email and informing you that you will get passport in 24-48 hours... They charge your card 159 dollars and you get a email telling you to download 2 forms and fill out in black ink... And call back when you have the forms filled out... Then they tell you about the ids that are required. Birth certificate being one, it takes about 6-8 weeks to get a copy of birth certificate, and to call back when you have the required ids. When you call back they will email you a postage paid stamp to send in your forms and ids... But first you have to make a appointment to go in front of a goverment official to have your forms signed (some post offices).. Here in san diego its a 6 week back up on appointments to get papers signed... So after i signed my papers in front of goverment officials i asked post master whats next step. He said to overnight the papers and you will get passport back in 2 weeks. So i did and i called rush my passports and told them that i took care of everything at post office and would not be needing them and i only printed off the postage paid stamp and did not use it. They informed me they would not issue any refunds and to top it off today i was just charged 212 dollars for more processing!!! All this company does is send you a few emails with forms that you can download off of goverment site or get at any post office and they send you a postage stamp via email... And its up to you to do all the leg work to get your passport... So go to post office and do it yourself at first and save several hundred dollars and stay away from rush passport.com!
