On Dec 12 the movers dropped my night stand off of the dolly going down the ramp skidded damaged the wood. They dropped my headboard and damaged that too. I paid for plastic wrapping to help protect in the moving. Josh N. Head lead mover said that he would have to pay for the insurance claim. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 12-12-08. I was asked to submitt two estimates of what the furniture would cost new which I did never heard back, Everytime I would call got a recording. Got through to the owner Andrew on March 4 said I would have a check by March 13. NO CHECK or phone call. March 31 I went to the office at 870 E Chandler Blvd. With a witness. Spoke with Andrew the owner after lenghtly conversation He stated " Get an estimate of damages to be repaired fax it to him by next day and he would then pay me in full by the following day" These are he words which mean absolutely nothing! He called after recieving the quote and stated "I can't pay this it to much money it's not a reasonable amount." It was from a professional company. I did what he asked and still won't pay. Movers beware of this unprofessional company. The settlement he has offer was. 60 cents per100 pounds for a matching bedroom set orginal cost $5,000.
