Wish I had checked out this company before contracting with them. Now I find out that other agents are being ripped-off by this company. If you were an agent for this agency, please file a formal complaint with the TN Dept. Of Insurance and Commerce and with the BBB. If you wrote business for Windsor, please complain to them also so they will no longer allow this agency to market their products. As the lst report mentioned, they do lie and they do not pay their agents commissions due. They have changed their telephone number numerous times within a year. I do not expect to receive the commission due to me; but I will make them wish they had! A few of the agency's staff: Bill Menchaca, Bill Covington, Pressley Templeton... These folks obviously don't care about their bad reputation or their agents!
