I wrote this letter to the suppose dog owner and never got an answer:
I'm writting to you because I feel like we were taken advantage of. When Mr. V first heard about the puppies he was very excited as well as was I and to also learn about the price was even better since our little one dreams of owning a Yorkie someday. You were never clear on all the other issues that would surface with the purchase of your dog. Our little one is very sadden because she was very excited about finally holding her little Ruby, yes she named the dog she never got to hold because communication wasn't established in a correct manner. Email? This way of communication is not a very professional manner. You mentioned to my boyfriend the fact that you have been dealing with this transportation company for a very long time which leads me to beleive that you were holding important information in terms of how much this was going to cost. I don't know what your situation is regarding the puppies because it really isn't our concern but the way you handled this particular sitation was very unprofessional and very heartless. This experience left us very saddened and we would like a full refund of our money, please don't make things more dificult than what they already are. Just as easy as we sent you the money we would like the same in return. This is going on far too long and there is no reason why it should. Why were we never given a telephone number? Are you a legit business person? I really don't wanna take this to the hands of the law, so please send the money to us as soon as possible and get passed this...

And I emailed this to the agency:

I'm writting because I need a number to speak to some1 in your company regarding this Yorkie situation, emails are not a very professional way of communication. Before I take it to the laws hands I'd like to give you an opportunity to fix this issue...

And this was their response:

Hi
please we have try to explain things to him servery time but he seems not understand. Please the only way to solve this problem now is that he have to pay the money so that the puppy will continue it journey and when delivery the money all his money will be refunded ok. This is a new law that is being used in all transportation companies right now if you want to know find out for your self around the transportation companies around you ok. So please unless you pay this money we can not do any thing right now or you give us some time to arrange things. But if you want to take it to law ok we are waiting.

This has been a nightmare and we need help to get our money back, what can we do, please help!!!
