Last few times i have visited costco they told me i didn, t need to cut out coupons in their flyer. Today after starting to ring me out i noticed i was not being charged the sale price. So I mentioned to the clerk, and he said you have to have the coupons. He kept on ringing the items and never asked me if I still wanted the items since most of them were items that had a coupon for them. He never offered to assist me in finding help to see if there were any extra coupons available or try to satisify me in any way and he knew I was upset. I must extend a big thank you to Linda Hammer as i went to her with my complaint and she was very helpful and had no problem refunding me the value of the coupons and she said this cashier should never handled this matter in this way. I usually do not complain but, I also work in retail and I know you do every thing in your power to assist the customer and sometimes this means going over and above board to help but, I treat my customers like I would like to be treated. And trust me this usually brings return customers. Thank you.
