I got a coupon in the mail for one week of free tanning at Tanline in Mentor, Ohio. I decided this was good, so I went in to get my first free tan. Well, after she took all of my info from my drivers lisence I had to be finger printed. I thought I was at the county jail for a second! Then I got a tour of the whole place with a speech on every tanning bed.By the time I got my eight minute tan, I was in the place for more high pressure sales for another hour and twenty minutes. I only wanted a price for a tanning package with a particular bed, and she would not give me a price. She wanted me to buy this huge package where they take a certain amount of money out of my bank account every month, and if I wanted to I could pay more to upgrade to a different bed.
The whole thing was a rip off and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I could not get a straight answer. I never went back so I lost my free week of tanning because I would have had to use all seven days consecutively. I don't know who they think they are, but this is a tanning salon, not a prestigious multimillion dollar company. The place is a joke, and I would never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to even try it. I will send them to the places that I know that are the best around. I have been tanning for years.
