I was contacted by Joe Anthony a very sweet sincere sounding man. I have been "ripped off" already by two other companies and I told him that. He said no he doesn't not operate that way. I put up $1294 on a credit card right off the bat to sell my timeshare in Branson, MO. I had 3 days from my signature date to cancel the contract in writing. I did that.
After 4 attempts I finally got hold of a supervisor named Sheila. She again gave me the same spill that 3 days just wasn't enough time for them to locate a buyer and that I should give it more time. She even stated that she would have their legal department start looking into getting my money back from the other two companies. I just don't want to be taken for a ride and really can't afford to loose $1294. Does anyone have a solution or a word of encouagement from about this company? I can still back out of the contract since I have my documentation that I did indeed cancel within the 3 days. I just need them to refund my money on the credit card.
