Prestige Timeshare Marketing contacted us in August wanting to sell our timeshare. We would not send them money without them guaranteeing results. After negotiating with them from August 7 until August 27 they put in writing that they would refund our $699.00 if they did not sell our time share by November 6. We required Presige Timeshare Marketing amend the contract agreement and sign the amendment before we would pay their fee. They agreed in writing. They did not sell the timeshare.
When they contacted us they said that they already had a buyer. The contract says that they would forward all inquiries to us for negotiating. They never did so even when they said they did have a buyer.
April we contacted Dana Cruz, the current supervisor and she said that they would not refund us the money we gave them even though we have a written contract with them that they would refund us the money.
