the following is an letter i send to your albuquereque office and they have not response to. I have sended this on two diffence dates oct 17 and nov 25 you're local store refuse to do anything because you're manager victoria say it will show on her sales record and i have a contract for a year and she do not need to.

dear sirs:
i went to your store in the tacoma mall. Where we my wife and my self look at a number of phone s for her. She needed a phone to send text to the phillippines and the v3 phone she was using would not work for her. We talk to your salesman david, and he sold us a sidekick. Which look like the phone for her. We brogh the phone for $300.00 cash and david set it up for us. The phone work for about 2 weeks, than is begun to recieeved old messages, which where deleted from the phone. Your service dept down loaded new sofeware to the phone on 2 difference time, and change the chips out. But it did not work... I now the phone calls itself up to three times a day i tried to get the store and the service dept to exchange the phone. But they said i brough a used phone. Which i did not. I brough this phone as a new phone and your store manager says they do not sale used phones. So why are they saying i brough a used phone, and will not do anything to help me here. I went and talk to david he tell me he remenber me and selling me the phone. But he cannot find the sale in the computer. I call motorola who make the phone and they tell me to go to t-mobile. So here i am with a $300.00 phone that do not work. What am i to do.? Please help me here.
