In April my wife and I spent a week in Punta Cana, DR. It was during this time that we were unfortunate enough to come into contact with Royal Holiday representatives and persuaded into a presumedly 1 hr meeting with them which turned into 4 hrs.
We were lied to left, right, and center regarding their holidays for life. Everything that was promised to us ended up to be all a crock of s*t. We ended up giving them $18,000 for a 30 year plan where we could do all sorts of wonderful stuff with it and never have to worry about inflation as it was all locked in at todays value, we were told. Flights were to be less than half of what normal flights would be and they had planes that flew everywhere. It all sounded so great at the time, I thought no way these professional looking people in nice 3 piece suits with a big office could be a fraud. What fools we were!
After we got home we tried the service only to find out it would be cheaper to travel on your own without Royal Holiday. Not only that but they never have accommodations available and are always giving you the runaround when you call them. They may as well cancel our contract because they will never see another cent from us and furthermore the Dominican who harbors these criminals will also never see us again.
