I've been a customer of AT&T for years as I had residential service and it had been far one of worse experiences with a phone company I ever had. As I regular make international calls for business and family, I'm used to keep one eye on the bill and because my At&t bill was hight off the roof for few months, I decided to write down EVERY detail about my international calls such as time, place, number and duration of EACH call.

After 3 months doing that I realize that the At&t had re-charged me over 2 times for the same call, some calls even 3 times as I could confirm going through my bill and notes!

I went there to talk personally and show what I had as proof, of course they did not take ANY responsibility for that. I fell so impotent, they were robing me and I couldn't do anything! So, I closed my account. Now I use Skype to talk internationally and Nationwide.
After a year living well with my decision, my husband talked me into add me at his cellphone plan which is, guess what? At&t!!! He's a kind of complacent guy. He hates but is too lazy to do anything about it and, because he promised to change server as soon as the contract finishes and because he miss talking with me more often and because a cell is useful, bla, bla', bla'... I fell for that.
Since then (july) we have been overcharged EVERY month, and going on complaining EVERY month and today, I paid At&t $140 to get off of it, before my marriage too get ruined over it.
Now I ask you, every person over there whom had been robed like us: What can we do?
