My wife bought this TV from Shopnbc as a packge deal of two LCD one a 26" and a 32" in 2006.
They were fine until started getting a black line from the top the 32" TV.
I tried to call no answer, also tried to email their website to troubleshoot, no longer in use. Did not call Shopnbc because it was after the 30 day period for them to take it back.
Unsure as to what to due to get some help.
