I ordered SIX pairs of shoes. Not one size was correct.
I tried calling the "customer service" number. Was given a return authorization to return. I returned via usps. To ohio. I do have confirmation that these two boxes were returned.
The company uses a third party call center. Will not give me a location. Will not give me a second number.
I call every 48 hours. They tell me they will look into it.
Same rehearsed speech for THREE MONTHS.in three months, i have seen no refund. If you want to throw away money, try this company!
