Ripoff mistreated and ripped off slime-ball mistreated and ripped off

I purchased 3 pair of dress shoes (size 9) from TNT Apparel & Shoes in Cleveland, Ohio. Once I returned home, I discovered that they were too tight.

I called the store that same day, and spoke with the manager, and explained the dilemma to him. He told me I needed to return the shoes within 7 days, or exchange them.

I told him I would prefer a refund, but because I live 2 hours away, and have to work, I'll try to exchange them for a larger size via mail.

I mailed the original shoes back, and received the larger shoes only to discover that they did not fit either. I drove to Cleveland to return the shoes, and request a refund, but the 7 days had expired by 5 days.

The manager refused to refund my money despite the fact that I tried to resolve the matter by exchange through the mail.
