Michael intentionally set out to deceive us. He claimed he could secure business lines of credit through the purchase of a shelf corporation as well as repair credit. We started our process on December 9 and were told it would take 10 to 14 business days to complete.in January he told us our loans had been approved and he was waiting for funding. At the end of January we were to look for a "check in the mail". It never came. Next we should look for an over nite delivery and he would give us a tracking number. We never got the delivery or tracking number. Next he needed a routing and account number so our funds could be wired to our account. The wire never came.
We have met two other victims during this process who were both given the exact same excuses for not receiving thier funds. When questioned about our refund he claims he was going to send it to his supervisor for processing. He forgot he told us he owned the company.
We have filed a police report. As of March 10 since he is aware we've pressed charges, he has not bothered to answer our calls or text messages. He needs to be stopped!
Please note he is a lair and can do NOTHING he promises! I have all proof needed including the phony office he claims to conduct his business from.
