Claim to receive a loan for 5000 but had to pay 1500 to receive loan

I applied for a loan on the internet. I received a call from someone named frank on 1/8. He said i was approved for a loan for 5000 but due to my credit i would need to pay 787.50 in order to receive the loan. I wired the money to frank on 1/9. He claimed the money would be put into my account within 24 hours. I checked my account on 1/10 and the funds were not put into the account. I received a called from michael larson on 1/10 around 3 stating that frank had made an error in the loan. I was suppose to pay 1500 instead of 787.50. Frank had been fired and can no longer work for that office due to the error. He said he would be handling my loan from here on out. Due to the error, he would give me an additional 2000 but i had to pay another 787.50 in order to get the funds put into my account within 3 hours. He would send my a guarantee letter from the ceo stating that i would not be liable for anymore payments and the payments would start on january. The money would be put into my account within 3 hours. I stated to michael i didnt have another 787.50 and i would like my money back. He stated i should try to get a payday loan and make the payment because he would hate to lose me because of the error that frank made. I told him once again that i would like to cancel the loan and receive my funds back into my account. He said he would have to send me a check for the 787.50 and i should receive it in the mail within 7 days. I called michael again on 1/11 and told him that i need to hear from him within an hour or my attorney would be contacting him. I didnt hear from michael. Everytime i called michael 1/11 it went to voicemail. I will call michael again everyday until i receive my funds back and my attorney will be contacting michael.
I have learned a valuable lesson to always check out a business before applying for anything. What sounds good is not always good in the end. I hope everyone learn not to believe everything they see on the internet. There are crooks out there that want your money. Please be aware for them.
