Our company was taken for $750 by a man named Kenny Williams with www.shelfcorpking.com He said they were be able to sell us a seasoned shelf corp with a $500,000 credit line attached, his company would hold off on the commission of $18K when the credit line was funded, this seem great at the time, but 45 days later he won't answer the phone or return any emails. I noticed his website has been taken down so he is probably getting ready to start another scam site. He also goes by MICHAEL G HAUGER JR unless he is a business partner, his name goes back to BCMCB, Inc in Ill.
