He is a scammer. He promises funding and tradelines and even says he takes credit cards and then he will say a week later that he doesnt take them or is having a problem with the credit card processing.
Do not believe him...
If you want to TRY to use any service he offers ASK to use a credit card and see what he says. He might even say yes and then later he will change the guidelines.
He won't take the credit card because he knows you can charge back the card and have the charges reversed.
He is a scammer in Illinois.
