When I first bought their system they convinced me that their "Platinum" program ($477) would be all I needed to be up and running. After that they called me several times a day to "help" me get started. When I did finally get with them I was informed that all I needed now was advertising which they could sell me at different rates for different levels.
At this point I realized that I could not afford to pursue their idea any further and requested a refund based on their "90 day satisfaction guarantee". This is when the run-around began. I called their "customer service" number and was lost in phone land for almost 2 hours until I gave up.
