This website is a joke. I currently am going to school so i had heard about this site and thought I would try them out. Boy was that a mistake. I had to pay a $1.95 processing fee, which actually turned out to be closer to $3, but that wasn't to bad. I looked over the site for a day or two, and decided it was not for me. Here's where things went south. I clicked on their contact tab to say hey cancel my subscription, filling it out wasn't that bad, then i go to hit the submit button. Nothing happens, i try again, still the same. So i figure that the site is having problems, and decide to wait until the next day. I log back on and try again, guess what... The same thing. So i found the email from them confirming my order and hit reply, this was like the forth or fifth day, mind you you have seven days to cancel. I tell them in the email cancel my subscription. So here today i get on my banks website, and there is a charge from them for $56.91... Man i was mad so i called them. Then i come to find out that once you call in that any other complaints have to be sent to the website: [email protected]. So i email them telling them i already sent an email earlier. So later in the day i called back... Told the lady everything, told her that i sent an email earlier, and she asks me how i got that email address. Then i ask for the number to the billing department... She says there is not one. Then she gets rude so i get fed up and ask for her supervisor, she tells me that her supervisor does not answer calls that it is by email only. Then she asks if there is anything else she can do, and before i can answer she hangs up. So i wait a little bit and call back... Another woman answers the phone, so i ask for the person in charge of disputes and she gives me a first name, Brian... And I ask for the last name and she says that she cant give it to me because he does not like it for people to call and ask for him. I am currently working with the bank to get my funds back... If you are thinking of trying them out, i recommend that you don't. They are a scam!
