I sined up for the Grant one day program kit for $1.99. Three days later I see an unauthorized bill for 13.94. I call Customer service and they say it was because I went to a sister site. I told them it was an unauthorized deduction and to take it off& they did.
Three days later I see another Unathorized cahrge for $94.89 from GRNAT ONE. I called them again and this time they told me it was a subscription fee that was in the fine print. I told them I did not sign up for any subscription and that this was the 2nd UNAUTHORIZED debit form my account.
They told me they could not help me and that the only way to get a refund is by email to the billing department. I told them that is not how it went when they tried to steal money from me 3 days earlier. They would not budge and I had to email CSR Billing to demand a refund.
The CS Rep sent back a long winded email that my subscription was cancelled but that I had 88 days to check out the site. If I wanted a refund after the 88 days I could hit a link that he sent within the email for the refund. I emailed the CSR rep back and stated that I wanted the $94.89 immediately. I have emailed him three more times with no return email.
On top of it all, I have tried using the refund link he sent me and it asks for your email to start the process. I have put my email address in 5 times and it keeps telling me that they have no recrrd of my email address.
I have called back and have received no support.
