This company deducted $229.95 from my account without authorization. When I contacted them they stated I had purchased a medical emergency kit which I did not. I was told to return to package for a full refund.
After I returned the package (8 weeks later!), I was told a refund would be processed. After many phone calls & reps telling me they would send my request for a supervisor to call into the computer.
Never once could they produce the tape where I had purchased the kit. I filed with my Kentucky Commonwealth Attorney & also with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Attorney.
This has been going on since September. How many people have been ripped off by this company?
