Guardian info info services ripoff consumer fraud scam con artists fraud

My name is Octavian Duggins, i am a victim of a sick operation.in Aug i received a phone call from a bogus company, Guardian Info Service.

As the operator began to tell me about the company, i said i was not interested and hung up the phone. Two business days later my car note account was not cleared, due to G I S going in to my checking account and taking money out.

I have kept bank records for proof of theft and i would like to sue whoever is behind this.
