I own a top of the line LG washer (Model WM0642H) and it broke down after 5 months. I am have the worst customer service from LG in all my experience: basically, it's like dealing with a black hole. I've called in 7 times so far, each time getting a promise that I'd get a call back within 3 days but I don't get any call back ever. I am at the end of my rope. What is the point of paying over $1000 for a top of the line washer that broke down after 5 months and can't get customer service?
I like the washer. I may have a "rare lemon", but please provide professional and timely customer service. I am going on 4 weeks now without a washer. I will not purchase another LG product again unless customer service improves.
