I purchased a top of the line LG washer model WM0642H and it broke down after 5 months of use. I've called customer service 7 times now. Each time, I was promised that someone would get back to me. I have not gotten a single call back. I am now 3 weekends without a washer going on my 4th.
I suggest a professional customer service that delivers instead of making false statements.
I am told now to call back tomorrow between 8AM and 5PM Central time to speak to the exchange department. And I am not given the direct number to the Exchange Department because it is not possible. How does such a company institute accountability?
