I used this service from last ten months, at the connection time I pay $40 for deposit this is refundeable and if you disconnect this service this time they pay you. But yestarday I disconnect this service that time this guy is tell me I cannot refund your deposit (money) but i give you our company's calling card because our company's rules is change. But i cannot receive any kind of information about change the rules and not any my bill or invoice is pending because they are direct debit from account. My problem is I want to refund my money, i don't accept any calling card. I hope you solve my problem. Ok, bye
