I have been paying this company for the last year by mailing a check to the payment address. The last billing statement I received from them was 01/21/02. I have called repeatedly to ask that they send me a bill each month so that I can be aware of my current balance and make sure that my payments are being credited to my account. They always assure me that a bill will be mailed to me but it never arrives.
I am now 2-3 months behind in my payment and realize that this is damaging my good credit rating, but if I continue to pay them without receiving any sort of statement or receipt, I could continue paying on this account for the rest of my life and never know when it was paid off. I am refusing to pay until they get their act together and send me a bill.
How hard is it to send a bill each month to a customer who is more than willing to pay their debts? I believe they are unwilling to do this because they are dishonest and don't want me to know how little is actually owed on this account.
They are the most unprofessional, dishonest company that I've ever dealt with and the public needs to be warned!!!
