Unbelievable! These people send me bills erratically, basically every other month, then charge me a "late" fee for the month before! When you call to speak to them, their representatives are impossible and, beg my pardon, but I can't understand a word they say! I would like to be able to view my bill online and secure payment through my checking account, in order to assure prompt payment, but they don't even offer that as an option. They having been saying for months that they are "working on it".
With the constant "late" fees, my payments are getting me NO WHERE! How is it that this company gets away with this? I was both surprised and NOT surprised to find as many common complaints about this company as I did. GE Capital Cons Cardco, if you are out there reading these, and this complaint, feel free to contact me with any sort of explanation that you may have for this rip off company of yours.
