No Refund after 90 days

I Took the 90 day money back offer for $199 and I quess they went out of bussisness??? Can't contact anyone by e-mail phone or mail. I sent the refund papers and the mail returned them to me. Sell it now motors will just take your money. I had 4 offers all were scams.
