Back in August 08', I decided to use Sell it now motors services to sell my car, I signed up for a 90-Day Guarantee money-back deal they had (have). Since I signed up with them, NOTHING good has come out of it. For one, during my 90 days, the only people who contacted me was scammers and someone trying to find their soul mate! Sell it now motors didn't "take care" of ANYTHING, like they said they would! So then, after I filled out and sent in all the forms of information they wanted, shortly after I received a letter in the mail from them informing me that I qualified and that I WILL receive my refund in 30 to 45 days. So when my 45 days were up, I decided to call them to check and see where they were at on my refund... Now this is the part that really pisses me off... When you call, you will ALWAYS get their answering machine no matter if they're talking to someone or not, and on their answering machine they tell you to leave a message and they'll call you back within 24 to 48 hours... Well, that's NOT true either! I've been calling for the last 2 weeks, almost everyday, and EVERY time I leave a message with my name, phone number, and ID number, just like they ask you to! But I have NOT received ONE phone call from them since I've been calling about my refund, in the last 2 weeks. So my advice to EVERYONE out there is, DO NOT use Sell it now motor's services. I can guarantee you will NOT be happy with your results!
