In Jan. They added $8.43 to my AT&T bill.in Feb. They added $8.23 to my AT&T bill

On my Jan. AT&T bill I was charged $8.43 for voice mail which I do not have.in Feb. On my AT&T bill I was charged $8.23 for voice mail.
I was also charged $14.95 on the AT&T bill in Feb. For Enhanced Services.
I cancelled both of them. The Enhanced Services phone is 888-301-3724.
