They charged my Account $52 and would not let me get the money back when I decide not to use their service!

It is fraudulent! They make it so they charge $3.95 for a disk and then charge the bank account $52 dollars for a monthly participation fee. Are they nuts???!!! Then when you call customer service they will not credit your account you have to do it in writing. "if you qualify for the credit, they will refund your account" Fraudulent!
