Some how this company was able to deduct $12.95 on 2/9 from my checking account

I don't even know who this company is. Savings 2 Go was able to deduct $12.95 from my checking account.

I signed up to receive coupons but that was suppose to be free and I'm not sure if it is the same company.

How can a company get into your personal checking account when I never gave out that information?
