I never authorized this company to deduct $38.99 from my checking account! How did they get my checking account number? I called the number on the check draft 1-888-657-4414 and reached a third party customer service company. She said it was for a order I placed on line with my e-mail address for a voice over service and unlimited long distance service! She said there was a free 30 day service and then unless cancelled would deduct a fee of $38.99 a month. I told her to cancel it and request a reimbursement! She gave me a cancellation number of 466 495 59. I will be watching my account for a reimbursement within the next 4-7 days. How can they do this and where did they get my account number??? I asked her for a number to this UTell Inc and she said she did not have one to give me and that they were located in Bloomington Delaware!!!
