Keep taking money out of account and can't be located

My father is an eledrly man and I am sure he was tajken by this company without reaizing. It. Now that I am handling his affairs, I see mony cxoming out of his account monthly and ther is no way to trace it it. Everything I read about this comany is negatice and i am very concerned. Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this?
I only THINK they are based in Des Moines going by bank statement.
